Valentine’s Day Lunch

“After a good dinner one can forgive anybody, even one’s own relations.”
― Oscar Wilde, A Woman of No Importance

The day of love came on a Friday, and since the beginning of the year, we (the whole family) are trying to cook a healthy meal each Friday and make it a family lunch.

I decided to cook Valentine’s Day lunch, which came on a Friday. A few years ago I discovered that I enjoy cooking so much. I love cook books and shows and I like to try my taste. So on that Friday I did just that and it was amazing! Yumminess!

I made two dishes: One was a dish of kidneys and liver with tomato sauce, the other was a grilled chicken with vegetables and lemon sauce. I’m glad the family enjoyed both.
