“Why do women want to dress like men when they’re fortunate enough to be women? Why lose femininity, which is one of our greatest charms? We get more accomplished by being charming than we would be flaunting around in pants and smoking. I’m very fond of men. I think they are wonderful creatures. I love them dearly. But I don’t want to look like one. When women gave up their long skirts, they made a grave error…”

A while ago, I relieved this wonderful gift: fabrics. The expensive kind. A 3 yarns of beautiful fabric. Gorgeous patterns. Bold colors. They screamed at me to be made into beautiful things.

The other day, I had a few free hours to kill, and I brought out the mannequin to just show them off, to see their potentials. As I looked at them, hugging the mannequin’s body one after the other I knew they must turn out to be into special pieces.

After searching and browsing my design books and the internet I came up with a few designs. My favorite ideas come from items I love like Louis Vuitton Diwali Themed Sari Dresses, and Game of Thrones jackets. I love these jackets! Especially the men’s collection, they are body fitted, have slits to make walking easier, not so long, they would make a casual jeans and t-shirt shine.

I enjoy designing and wearing dresses and taking my time preparing my outfits. I thin being a creative woman is so much fun. But as creative and talented I am, I’m too afraid sewing the designs myself, I need to find a superb tailor with a vision to make my designs.

I’m simply in love with the fabrics… I can’t wait to use them and turn them into something beautiful.
